Download/Printing Instructions
— You will
need Acrobat Reader to view and print the workbooks. If you
do not already have Acrobat click the link below for a free
copy.
— When you "Click
Here to dowload the workbook" Acrobat will ask if you want to
"open" or "save", choose save.
— When next promted, choose to open the file.
— Print normally on your printer.
Should
you wish to take the file to Kinkoes to have it printed in color & bound, burn
the file to CD after saving on your PC.
